Seven Holidays - Your Guide to Maldives Resorts & Holidays

Maldives Resorts Guide to Child Friendly Holidays : 7 Best

I have been to Maldives with my children many times. They are welcome at most resorts, but here are seven that stand out. Either for their service to kids, for their popularity with families, or for that something extra that creates the best holiday ever for your children – and consequently, for you.

Bandos provide a crèche and babysitting service, and rooms for whole families. One & Only Kanuhura also babysit, and provide an unrivalled kids’ club and swimming lessons. At One & Only Reethi Rah there are family villas. They look after children better than anyone, running clubs for all ages from 2 to 18. Meeru teach kids how to dive, and in addition to their babysitting service and extra beds in the rooms, Vilu Reef contains a little park.

On two islands that treat families well and are quiet in the evenings, kids love the pool at Filitheyo, and the company of many other children at Fihalhohi. These two, along with Vilu Reef, also have the essential natural commodity for youngsters: an abundance of shady space to play in safely between the trees.
